We serve retailers and tourist attractions of all kinds and sizes globally, with our core focus being on the EUK, USA & AU Markets.

About the Role:
We have two identical roles available in different areas of the country. One role consists of covering the north of England, from the Scottish Borders to the Midlands, and across to East Anglia. The other role involves being responsible for customers in the south of England - between Cornwall, South Wales, Oxford and Colchester.
Reporting to the EUK Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
To find and convert new business within your area, using telephone, social media, face-to-face interactions
Nurture and grow existing customers by visiting them to showcase new products etc.
Maintain CRM/opportunities pipeline
Weekly sales forecasting by customer
Quotations
Attend team huddles as scheduled.

A bit about you:
You must have a valid UK driving licence
Be dedicated to using the CRM
Have a track record achieving sales budgets
Proven ability to find, approach and convert new customers
Competent with IT - you will be required to use a variety of different systems daily, including: Teams, Netsuite, the Keycraft website, Numerik (sales app), HubSpot, Excel, etc.
A love for customers! Superb customer service is the hallmark of Keycraft, so any contact you have with customers must reflect this.
Flexible and adaptable - ready to accept and implement changes/new ideas
Action-orientated – proven ability to take ownership and execute on time
Candour – you must be open, honest, candid, and loyal at all times
Enthusiasm - a positive 'can-do' attitude and demeanour, and a sense of humour!
Willingness to work extended hours when required

Location:
You'll be working from your home or remote office and spending a large proportion of time out on the road meeting customers and prospects.
To be considered for this role, you must be based in either:
The north of England (covering Scottish Borders to the Midlands, and across to East Anglia).
The south of England (roughly, the area between Cornwall, South Wales, Oxford and Colchester).
