Same Day Despatch

All orders received before 1 pm are dispatched the same day. All orders before 2pm can be dispatched the same day, although depending on demand we recommend contacting us to find out if your order will be delivered the next day.

In the run-up to a bank holiday, orders may take longer to dispatch due to high demand.

Next Day Delivery

Most customers in the UK receive their order the following day after dispatch apart from those located in the Scottish Highlands or Offshore.

Delivery Service Terms - UK & Europe

Zone 1: UK Mainland - 1 day.

Zone 2: UK Islands & Northern Ireland - 2 to 3 days.

Zone 3: Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark & Republic of Ireland - 3 to 4 days.

Zone 4: The Czech Republic, Slovakia, Spain & Sweden - 4 to 5 days.

Zone 5: Italy- 4-5 days.

Zone 6: Switzerland, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal & Slovenia - 5 to 6 days.

Carriage Terms UK

Zone 1 - UK Mainland: Orders up to £250 = £10 carriage charge. Orders over £250 = no carriage charge.

Zone 2 - UK Islands & Northern Ireland: Orders up to £300 = £15 carriage charge. Orders over £300 = no carriage charge.

Zone 3 - Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark & Republic of Ireland: Orders up to £400 = £30 carriage charge. Orders over £400 = no carriage charge.

Zone 4 - Czech Republic, Slovakia, Spain & Sweden: Orders up to £550 = £45 carriage charge. Orders over £550 = no carriage charge.

Zone 5 - Italy: Orders up to £450 = £30 carriage charge. Orders over £450 = no carriage charge.

Zone 6 - Switzerland, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal & Slovenia: Orders up to £850 = £60 carriage charge. Orders over £850 = no carriage charge.

All first orders will be on a Pro-forma basis. Once you have applied for a credit account, terms will be 30 days from the invoice date.

Carriage Terms Europe

Zone 2 - UK Islands & Northern Ireland: Orders up to €350 = €15. Orders over €350 = no carriage charge.

Zone 3 - Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark & Republic of Ireland: Orders up to €450 = €36. Orders over €450 = no carriage charge.

Zone 4 - Czech Republic, Slovakia, Spain & Sweden: Orders up to €650 = €54. Orders over €650 = no carriage charge.

Zone 5 - Italy: Orders up to Orders up to €550 = €36. Orders over €550 = no carriage charge.

Zone 6 - Switzerland, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal & Slovenia: Orders up to Orders up to €950 = €72. Orders over €950 = no carriage charge.

Delivery/ Carriage For America

Standard shipment terms are FOB Charleston, South Carolina. $300 orders or above qualify for free freight in the lower forty states. Keycraft offers free freight (FFA) programs, which are based on certain order volumes and on-time payment, which will result in a write-off of freight bills. Free freight terms must be approved at the time of order entry. Free freight terms are subject to change throughout the year. Orders below $300, are subject to collect freight from our DC in Charleston, South Carolina and additional handling fees
