About the Role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our high-energy, fast-paced US sales team. This role is responsible for managing and growing key mass market retail accounts, delivering commercially relevant, trend-driven toy solutions.

You will work closely with our Product Development team to identify emerging trends and bring new products to market quickly, ensuring our retail partners stay ahead of consumer demand.

This is a hands-on, commercial role that combines account management, range building, and strategic growth. You’ll be a trusted partner to your customers, with real influence over product direction and go-to-market decisions.

Who This Role Suits

This position would suit:

  • An experienced Retail Buyer or Junior Buyer looking to move to the vendor side;

  • A Brand Manager with experience in the Toy/Gift space; or

  • A proven Key Account Manager with strong mass market retail experience and a passion for fast-moving consumer products.
