Project Delivery Coordinator (EUK)
We’re looking for a Project Delivery Coordinator to help keep major retailer projects moving smoothly across the EUK region. This role combines strong organisation and clear communication, helping to keep customer projects on track by making sure requirements are understood, shared clearly and delivered on throughout production, fulfilment and shipping.

We are the Toy People, and we support leading retailers with impulse pocket money toys and creative point of sale solutions that really work! We're also the home of Living Nature, the animal lover's favourite toy collection. We serve retailers and tourist attractions of all kinds and sizes globally, with our core focus being on the EUK, USA & AU Markets.

About the role...
Customer Requirements & Specifications: Review customer manuals, requirements, portals and project information to identify key actions, deadlines and specifications. Break down and document customer requirements so all aspects of a project are delivered accurately.
Project & Fulfilment Coordination: Track and update project timelines, key milestones, fulfilment dates and delivery requirements to help keep everything on track. Coordinate with factories to support timely production and ensure customer specifications are met.
Customer Support: Act as a day-to-day operational contact for EUK major accounts, keeping their portals up to date, capturing new requirements and delivering project updates.
Documentation & Reporting: Assist with preparing and checking shipping and project documentation. Maintain accurate project fulfilment dates to support revenue forecasting.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with buyers, supply chain, design, sales, customer service and the wider project team to keep projects running seamlessly.

You’ll be office-based, working from our headquarters in Peterhead. Hybrid working options may be available.
